The vacuum was received as adbvertised in excellant condition. Initial use of the product was easy with excellant instructions. The vacuum performs as well, if not better, than the "older" one it replaced, which I was worried about. I would recommend this unit, without reservation, to any potential individual who is looking for an excellant machine at a good price.

This is from the perspective of a work-at-home husband who used to go crazy when his wife was vacuuming.
I am barely aware that she is vacuuming in my office when I am on a business call! This machine is incredible.
My wife loves it because it is much more powerful than our previous vac. She only needs to make one sweep as opposed to multiple passes to pick up everything - and that is on the low-power setting.
Small footprint for storing; light; agile; and well made.

My Hoover was beginning to no longer pick up the hair and debris on the rug like it used to. I also could hear the agitator stall out on the rug. I bought this, received it quickly and installed it in 5 minutes. The vacuum is as good as new now. I could see that my old belt was warn through, this definitely fixed my problems.

Customer Review: Year 3 and still going
I've been using this thing 4 days a week for the last 3 years and have a great experience with it. I'll give you cleaning the thing is a bit of problem, but were talking 2 minutes. You rinse out the basket, rinse out, and be very careful to dry, the grinder and you're good to go.
The coffee it makes is the best I've had from any home brewer and I'm pretty picky. I've only had one incident of the thing overflowing and that was due to the top being on wrong. The carafe is excellent, keeps coffee warm most of the day (although when there is less coffee in it, obviously it looses heat quicker) The timer is easy to set and works great. With the thermal carafe you can set to go off early and get to the coffee when ever you want.. it stays plenty warm for me, but I'm not a piping hot drinker, so if you like it just below boiling might be a problem.
It is a bit loud when it kicks off the morning, sounding a bit like a jet taking off, but you know, I just think of it as another alarm clock. One other small criticism, it takes abit long to brew a cup. But I think thats why the coffee tasts better. I've also owned a Bunn and that brewed way to fast, the water barly picked up the flavors of the beans. This one is excellent.

I have to agree that this coffee maker is less than I had expected. Coffee is lukewarm and for some reason it leaks water onto my counter with every use. I'm constantly cleaning up my counter top. This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker and once it quits, I'll not buy another.
